At Sacred Heart School students are exposed to a variety of sports and games and have the opportunity to compete at different levels and progress through to national titles. Students are taught to develop and maintain their physical, mental, social and emotional health. We recognise the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Physical Education lessons are timetabled twice weekly.

Health and well-being are integrated into everyday learning activities by teaching them to make informed decisions about what will affect their ongoing health, such as diet and exercise with the aim that students will develop an understanding of the importance of mental, social and physical health.
